TERMS OF SERVICE
Commission Info- When ordering Commissions please note that depending on the size and complexity of the piece will increase the duration needed to complete. When discussing prices I will give a rough estimate of time needed to complete the piece.- A design fee (100$) is required if you do not have a design in mind for your character, we will work in collaboration to come up with a character sheet, this process will require you to provide a moodboard or collection of images that best convey the character you have in mind.GeneralI accept payments through Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo. All payments must be made with USD. Business may be organized through direct messages on Discord or Twitter. Links to payment sites under my name are linked above, Let me know as soon as possible if there are any complications with payment.Commissions are done digitally. The file I work with will be made at 330 dpi, File format will be a high-quality JPG or PNG depending on circumstances or client request. Other file formats can be sent by request of the client.When requesting a commission please send a visual reference of the character or per(sona) you would like to have illustrated. Clients who do not provide visual reference may be declined.The client must be 18 years or older to submit a request for an NSFW commission. I require ID proof with all identifying information blocked out.I am authorized to decline any request without reason.Process and RevisionsWhen contacted through means listed above we can start the process of discussion through which the commission will be handled such as design details and visual references. Once this process is finished 50% of the payment will be accepted. Once the commission is completed the other 50% of the payment will be accepted.If you have a deadline for a commission please let me know immediately upon contact or as soon as possible so I can work it into the schedule.I am a full-time student at the moment so It can be expected that your commission will be done within 3-4 weeks of the starting time. Each commission is put into a queue, I will notify you when I begin work on your commission.If an emergency is to occur where I can no longer make progress on your commission I will refund your 50% paid amount and the commission may be canceled altogether.If the emergency does not warrant a cancellation rather, a delay, I will let you know as soon as possible.You may contact me at any point to cancel your commission however, a partial refund will be given depending on the work completed so far.Once the commission is completed there will be no opportunity for a partial or full refund.When working on revisions I will send a line art sketch of your commission at the 50% payment mark, revisions may be discussed then. When the commission is finished revisions will be 5% of the base payment.Major revisions will be 20% of the base payment once the commission is complete.Rights and UsageAll commissioned work is for personal and non-commercial use onlyyour work is subject to be uploaded to this websiteIt would be greatly appreciated if you were to credit me for the commission however it is not required.You may use the artwork as a banner, profile picture, or to make personal prints. however, do NOT use my work for commercial purposes such as merchandise, prints, or apparel.Do not resell my workDo not edit my work, this includes tracing or altering the image.
